    Dear Manong Jess,

This is your cousin, Luz Felipe Mendoza from San Diego, California USA- the oldest daughter of Rolando Rosales Mendoza and Marina Felipe Mendoza. Rolando is the first cousin of your Mom. Lolo Casiano and my Lolo Felix are brothers. We are seven siblings and I will send you our family photos.

I will pray for you that He will win for the position as a Senator for a change. I will campaign here at my end by sending your purpose and your goal as a Senator to our Kababayan by forwarding everything about your campaign.

May God richly bless you. Best regards to you and your Family.

    Wishing you success,
    Luz :)

Hi, Mg Jess and Mg Oly:

I could not access your pictures here at work, I’ll try at home.

Good luck on your candidacy. I will be praying for you. There is really nothing I can do here except to forward this to our friends back home. I am having my husband, John forward this to his brother Sigma Rhoans back home. I think you know John’s cousin, Pepe Barcelon.

Take care and regards to everyone. Mg Randy (Ganacias) lives not too far from me. I have yet to go and see Mg Moni.

    Dear Luz,

Glad to hear from you! And many thanks for the information about you, your siblings, and our other relatives there! It’s nice to know that the world is indeed getting so small via the net and that we can re-connect with family once again. Thanks, too, for supporting my candidacy and for your prayers. Appreciate them very much.

God bless. All glory to God! Regards.

    Humbly yours,

    Manong Jess,

Hi!I am Luz Mendoza’s second to the youngest-brother. I also live here in San Diego, Ca with my own family, my wife Celest, who came from Nipay and Diokno’s politician clan in Balete, Batangas, and my only daughter, Valerie.I personally believe in your platforms not being a “trapo” (traditional politician.)I think that we really need (urgently) leaders like you. My wife still have a lot of relatives back there so we are campaigning fo you thru a bulletin in friendster.com (check out Celest Mendoza’s profile). Her mom is also an active NGO’s participant in the Phils. so she can be a good voice for you too.We believe in you!God Bless!!!

    DEAREST MANONG JESS,

MAY THE ALMIGHTY SET YOU OFF TO THE MISSION DESTINED FOR YOU, THAT ALL OTHERS MAY SEE HIM IN YOU…WHEREVER IT MAY BE, EVEN IN THE AUGUST HALLS OF THE PHILIPPINE SENATE, WHERE THE LIKES OF YOU ARE CALLED HONORABLE, IN IT’S GENUINE DEFINITION.

    LOVE ALWAYS,
    MONI

    Dear Atty. Paredes:
I was informed by my husband that the debate you had at Ateneo last April 25th was very impressive.
I just want to inform you that I used to work as secretary of the late Don Quintin Paredes that his law office together with my late husband, Manolito Lara. Lolo Quintin was our principal sponsor when we got married in 1967.I have always admired your being a principled man when you resigned from yourlast position your held as a public servant. Rest assured that I will, in my personal capacity campaign for you. FYI, I have downloaded some materials from the Ang Kapatiran website and sent it to the group I organized in Sulu when I was still the Director for the Education & Information Department of the COMELEC.
I also have relatives in the province of Samar and I am also asking them to include the candidates in their ballots come May 14th, 2007.
Enough of the TRAPOS! We need people like you, Atty. Sison and Dr. Bautista at the Senate.
    Good luck and God bless!

    To Our Dearest Uncle Jess,
My family and I are praying that you win this election so you will be able to share your advocacies to our countrymen. Here in California, we try to do our part since we can’t be there to help in the campaign. We have been spreading the good news to all our friends, co-workers and kababayans, that we have an uncle who is running for senate & that they should pass it on to their loved ones, family & friends who they have left in the Philippines. We have told them of your goals, projects & your sincerity to help the Filipino people prosper. We believe that you are going to be able to do so much for our country. We may not be there to join you in this memorable event but our spirits will be with you.
    Godspeed,
    JMAC & family
